here is a stupid question. what does jterp5 mean when write "bump".

i have no idea. i thought a "bump" means 1) to ask for a reduce in the asking price. 2) or when a post is a few days old, someone may post "bump" to push it back to the top of the list. however, it seems both these interpretation are wrong. so what does it mean?
