What level of grading do the following comics fall under?

 

(#1.) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1 (3rd print)

(#2.) Cerebus (1979) issue 6 or 7

 

These comics are 'oversize'

Do they count as Magazine?

Can i submit them as just basic modern comics?

The TMNT #1 (3rd print) is a magazine - the Cerebus #6 and #7 are regular comics (and, after the age changes, can now be subbed under the modern tier).

I thought all TMNT #1 prints are in the same size even Cerebus #1.
