Raw Journey Into Mystery #86 (First Full Odin and 4th Thor Appearance)

Hi folks,

 

I'm interested in buying a Journey into Mystery #86 comic. It looks like about a fine - (5.5), and is in nice shape, scans attached. The only issue for me is that the back cover has writing on the back, so would this drop it to a 5.0 or even a VG grade? I'm thinking of sending it for CGC'ing too and would CGC graders downgrade it because of writing on back cover? I've checked the Overstreet Guide grading definitions but am a bit confused by some of the criteria. The images are a bit small, but it's the best I could get from the seller. I don't have scans of the inside pages but they are nice, clean, and complete. Thanks for your help.

Yeah...hard to tell from the photo, but if it could be had at FMV of @a 3.5 or so, it might be worth it.

 

SO I'm *guessing* 3.5, but it's hard to say without scans.
