I dropped Mike a line. He wrote back (slightly edited):

 

Just pencil: $125

 

Fully India Inked ( like you'd see in a Comic Book ) $240

 

Both of the above and colored very nicely in Photoshop: $325 ( you would get both the hard copy original Black & White drawing plus a high resolution colored Tiff digital file which you can either print out at home if you have a very nice laser printer or have it done at a pro printing establishment who'll charge you no more than $3.oo to do it ).

 

I say this is "not-fixed" because you might say: "Mike, how about placing them in my home living room complete with all the lamps, pictures, furniture, etc" Then, I'd have to charge a bit differently as you can imagine.

 

I will, should you decide to go forward, need two things:

  • One, of course, will be some nice photos of you and your family to work from ( jpegs please )
  • Secondly, I would need a 33% pre-payment to keep you in "line" with my other commissions.

It will positively be done BEFORE Xmas should that be a high priority.
