Are there any books that have comic print runs by title and issue number?

The Standard Guide to Comic Books published by Krause Publications includes circulation numbers (when published), Capital City order numbers (while they were in business) and Diamond Dist. order numbers if they were made available.

 

It's the only guide published with this kind of information, but there's a lot missing.
