Alex Schomburg draws a heckuva Human Torch. Arguably the best single penciled rendition of a hero by one artist in all of comics across all ages.

It looks at least mid-grade, but we would have a better idea and give an opinion on resto if you scanned it in.

Are those tears at the top edge FC above the "M" and "N"? The pics are still viewable on eBay. Paper looks nice and ow. Hard to see if those are light dust shadows at the top edge FC and BC. Hard to say even with the ebay pics. 5.0-6.0 range for sure.

 

One of my favorite Schomburg Torch covers (the poor man's Marvel 9). Schomburg was a master at drawing machinery, bridges, and depth perception. Great book and one of the first half dozen Timelys I got back in the day.

 

The Reilly pedigree is a 9.2 I believe. That would certainly bring $30k+, and a 9.8 would be much more.

Looks to be at least a 6.0. Need a better pic to be sure. Sweet book!
