Was this book printed with blank inside covers?

 

According to MyComicShop Description, yes

 

 

"100 pages with 15c cover price, becomes World's Finest with issue #2. Batman, Superman, Crimson Avenger, Johnny Thunder, The King, Young Dr. Davis, Zatara, Lando, Man of Magic, and Red White and Blue begin. Superman/Batman/Robin cover. Inside cover is blank. Cover price $0.15."

I would concur. I have NYWF 1939, which is same format and it has no ads on interior cover (front and back). Other copies i have seen of Worlds Finest had blank insides also.
