CBS Replaces Monday's Terrorism-Themed Supergirl, NCIS: Los Angeles Episodes in Wake of Paris Attacks The scrapped Supergirl episode. titled “How Does She Do It?” had Kara dealing with bombings throughout National City. It will be replaced by the Thanksgiving-themed “Livewire,” which was originally scheduled to air the following week. So parts of the two episodes may seem out of sequence. I couldn't figure out how they'd put the genie back in the bottle on that plotting unless they went all Weisinger and said it was a dream or imaginary story, or had her sister fly by the window in the super suit. Or even kinkiest, have Jonn Johnnz morph into Supergirl! Oooh, that would be very 2015 wouldn't it? Actually, there are many possible ways they can roll it back in homage to the old stories. Adding Cat to the circle has its upside (for Cats character particularly) but so many people already know. Then again, she doesn't really look that different with and without glasses, so those closest to her should figure it out, but it's always been Supermans ongoing excuse in the mythology. They had a repeat episode this past Monday (which happened to be the Livewire episode) -- so the On Demand date could've shown the Livewire date as 12/21 (instead of the original airdate of late November).
