He is dead last this year and in the bottom 10 or so I believe last year. He is a good sport about it though.

No, he wasn't the last pick last year. Since we had extra prizes, he picked a prize, then when we got to the end, we reversed order. He ended up with the last prize in the pool. He got 2 picks, just one was the very last.
