4.5/5.0 I just think there is too much damage overall. Several fold marks, tears, and bad edge wear along with spine stress.

Thanks for the replies. Did not think the tears would bring it down to 4.0 levels. Anyone else have an opinion?

I think this is what makes it difficult to grade. The corners are ugly but cover itself still has a lot of gloss and displays very, very well. The interiors are all great-looking, too. The tears, however, are killer.

The tears IMO bring it down to the 5-6ish level and then the most accurate I see is 5.5 whereas 6 is pushing it but not impossible.
