The only thing done was cover cleaned...it begs the question of WHY WHY WHY?!?!?!

It was probably done 20-30 years ago when it didn't matter as much. White cover probably was dirty, makes sense.... Doesn't kill the book in my view in any way shape or form. Very sharp.

It depends some on how people feel about the new label. Being only cleaned, my guess is between $100K and $120K

One in a lifetime chance to own a pretty awesome copy for a fraction of its true market value [although I doubt it will go cheap]. Can you imagine the disappointment if the owner didn't know it had been cleaned prior to being graded.

It is a restored book, and the final price will certainly reflect that. Doesn't mean it doesn't look remarkable though.
