PGM: How bad will these printing defects affect my Moon Knight 57?

What I have here is a beautiful unread high grade copy of Moon Knight 57.

Unfortunately there is a printing defect on the spine.

See the black marks? I bought this off the shelf new and bagged and boarded so its definitely from the printer.

 

How will this affect the grade. IMO its a 9.8 otherwise.

Shouldn't affect the grade being it is a printing defect.

On the other hand I have heard stories where someone has bought a comic that should have been a 9.8 easily but because the staple was off center on the book it came back as a lower grade.
