Is that a Qualified grade? Maybe "QUALIFIED 7.0"

But I would say 4.5 as is.

I'm assuming the 7.0/7.5 grades are Qualified grades. No way it would grade that high w/o the designation with the missing MVS.

People are still buying them sans MVS. They seemed not feeling any longer.

 

So far....I haven't been because I never buy them without MVS.
