He´s considered one of the great Spanish Masters with a career that spanned for 5 decades in several countries and publishers.

 

He did a few works for Warren in Creepy + Eerie.

 

There’s a Wikipedia page but the place I found where you can see more detailed info on his life and work was a Spanish blog that was divided into 5 series.

 

You would need to understand Spanish for the full info, but there´s loads of pages and examples of his work there.
