PGM Wings #64

I just love the depth and color of this cover. Confused on the grade though.

 

Top left corner has small 1/8" (or less) tear. Bottom left corner is a bit soft (tiny tear). Maybe a pencil mark on left wing of plane? Near bottom right corner, just a smudge. Not a tear. A little dirt bc that could be removed with a dry clean.

If that's a crease on the bottom FC 8.5, otherwise I could see a 9.4.

 

No, it's not a crease. My scanner likes to magnify the imperfections for some reason (which helps me to be a bit conservative), but I looked again and no color break there at all (though tiny hairline break above the "M" in SMITH bottom right).

 

Metro graded it an 8.0 back when I bought it. I was hoping it was at least a half tick above that.
