PGM - New Mutants #98

Picked up at my LCS back in early October. Had a couple "non color breaking" spine marks and a decent spine roll to it. I sent out for a pressing and these are the results. The books lays 100% flat now, and all but 1 of the spine marks is gone. The only one remaining that I can see, is just below the bottom staple.

 

I'm hoping you all think it's a mid 9's book for CGC, and if I should slab or keep raw. I look forward to everyone's comments and suggested grades!

2 9.6's and a 9.2. Care to give any insight to these #'s? Reasons? I'm debating on whether or not to slab. I'd like to know what the issues are, aside from the spine issue I pointed out.

Not much to fault, I could see a 9.6 or a 9.4 coming back. I saw only a little rub at the top spine and bottom near the spine on the BC.
