Looks to be 9.6-9.8 depending on how clean front cover is. The black is playing tricks on me.

9.6 at best I think. The corners are great and fall in the 9.8 category, but add like 5 color breaks on FC spine and the 9.8 is out.

Thanks guys. I see 5 color breaking tics on the front cover also. They don't really pop out at you on first look at the book. I was initially thinking more like a 9.2, but I wasn't sure how strict CGC would be on this cover.

9.4 IMHO! But 9.6 would not be out of then question given that this is a black cover!

yeah you definitely have to look really hard for those spin ticks, and their not that bad at all. So i would say at least a 9.4. You may be surprised and get a 9.6 out of it.
