I was wondering the same thing! I can tell you there are no other Action issues to do this, I also know there are no Detective Comics issues to do this either.

Awesome thread. I have a copy of Batman 234 with the complete banner showing with space to spare. That was REALLY hard to find! This cover sports not only the whole 20 cent circle, but Lings complete left foot as well.

 

Great eye Randall! Beautiful cover with everything intact! I can imagine how hard it must have been to search this out.
