Anybody have Creepy #133 - Need a piece of info

I have a piece of Rudy Nebres art, that I think may have been used as the frontispiece to an issue of Creepy. Nebres did the frontispieces in Creepy 120, 122, 124-131, 133-134. I have copies of 120-125 and they are not the one. When Uncle Creepy introduces the stories, he mentions "murderous clowns". Issue #133 has a story titled "Bring on the Clowns!", so I think it might be the one.

 

Anyway, the drawing has Uncle Ceepy standing and holding a book. There are a bunch of faces in the background and skulls at his feet. The third word baloon says "It's shock-ful of manical, murderous clowns, faery kings, slimy tentacled things, and the restless dead!"

 

If anybody can confirm this is #133, it would be much appreciated.

YES! It is Creepy 133, from November 1981.
