Pricing Advice - Please HELP!!!

I am in desperate need of some help! I am trying to buy a copy of Avenger 28 CGC 9.0 and the seller won't go any lower than $650.00. Is this a fair price? I can't find anything using eBay's 'completed sales' feature to confirm so. What do you think?

An 8.5 sold for $185 so IMO $300 is the top for that book

your right, no data on other grades either, except reasonably priced copies that have sold. Its movie madness, he appeared in the movie and they jacked up the price or submitted them recently hoping to make quick cash, I wouldn't pay that much, and neither is anybody else

But, if you look...a 0.5 decrease turned a $185 book into a $320 book. So, the answer is, not enough information to pin it down.
