What was the first cover to feature Spider-Man, Captain America and The Hulk?

Amazing Spider-Man King-Size Special #3 fills the bill, too.

It's a year later than FF Annual #3, but the ASM Special does predominantly feature the trio whereas the FF Annual cover displays almost the entire Marvel cast with no real emphasis on Spidey, Cap, or the Hulk.

I'd say this one more adequately fits the definition of "feature".

Just wondering what the first cover to feature Cap, Spidey and Ol' Greenskin was. Can't think of one from the Silver Age. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Not the first by a longshot, but probably one of the earliest and most prominent from the Bronze Age (dated 1975) to showcase all three marquee characters:
