Daredevil 168 - Super Glossy

Now that the show is such a hit, I figure that I should show this one off.

If it weren't for the color breaks, I'd say that this is one of the nicest copies I've ever had. The gloss and color are incredible.

So: Should I sell it raw or slab it?

8.0, maybe a grade better. I'd sell it raw.

Yeah, sell it raw. I wouldn't bother slabbing a DD 168 unless it were at least a 9.2, and even 9.2 is on the low side for a slab of this book. I love the book, cut my teeth on Miller's DD's as a kid, love Elektra, but I don't think it's worth slabbing if it's NM- at the least.

7.5 due to bottom right crease but still quite nice presenting. Sell it raw as a slab won't garner you more cash. I just sent a copy to CGC that's 9.4/9.6. Which is where you need to be for slabbiing.

 

Yours is a nice copy that many collectors would love to have
