PGM: IM 55 (Grade is in!!!)

Hey guys, I got my iron man 55 finally my grade opinion is 4.0/4.5 and when you grade can you tell me the reason why you graded the comic that way?

 

 

Problems

 

Pen mark on cover, piece missing, tanning pages at the bottom and tanning on the back cover and time stamp on cover

I think 4.0 is pretty solid-the piece missing drops it from what would be an 8.0-I don't think it drops it any lower than that.
