Please grade my Action Comics #252 1st Supergirl

The staples are tight and the centerfold is attached. I am looking to send this to CGC but wanted to see what people thought here.

 

Also, I didn't think a press would help at all but your thoughts?

I'd press it. That said, I don't know that it will get much of a bump with the chip out on the back and the top left front corner damage, and other defects. But it's such a collectible book and I'd want it in the best shape possible before I submitted it.

 

It's a pretty copy despite what I see as the grade. I could see it getting a 4.5 on presentation. I'd like to call it even higher, but I can't with the defects as I see them.

Presents nicely. Is that a stain or printing defect on the bottom? And is it dirt or small insect damage on the back at the spine?

Ahh it has already been graded. Cool I got that on par with CGC. Doesn't happen every time.
