Rare Underground Comix and Fanzines

Alternative Media Comics, 1970. There was a comic convention that year in New England featuring Harvey Kurtzman, Gilbert Shelton & Art Spiegelman. Shelton did this small Freak Brothers book to hand out during his Saturday session. This copy was purchased from an estate and is in like new condition. Currently books for $200 in 9.2 in the 2015 FUGG which just came out. One copy available at the bargain price of $149.

Zap #3 CGC 8.5 CR/OW, very difficult first print in high grade, current highest recorded grade is 9.2, aggressively priced for these boards................$399.

Zap #4 CGC 9.2 OW/W, another hard to find first print especially in high grade. I really thought this was a lock on 9.4, cannot figure out where the 9.2 came from, but that's life................................................$299.

The following few fanzines came from an OO owner collection where the collector in some instances bought mutiplte copies. Many of these are by far the best condition copies I have ever seen. First up is an absolutely stunning copy of the first print of Fantagor #1, Richard Corben. Its look NM to me but you never know if getting it slabbed..........................$199.

Jubilee, very scarce 1970's high quality mag/fanzine with great Rick Griffin cover. I think I may have seen one copy on ebay within the past year and it was not in NM condiion like this copy.......................$49.

In 1981, the Rolling Stones produced a comic (Rolling Stones Concert Comix) that was a giveway at a few selected concerts, not many survived. bought these from a lady who was there, snatched a few & saved them all of these years. The highest grades probably out there, at least VF/NM, maybe NM, in the Fogel guides as an underground....................2 copies available...............$25 each..

Can O Beans #1 & #2, rarely seen 1972 underground, condition is nice, VF or better, would like to keep these OO books together if possible. Separately, #1 is $79, #2 is $49, take both for $99.
