I'm chasing one of my comic book grails so will be parting with these two books. Payment via Paypal. First :takeit: gets it!

 

First up is House of Secrets #92 with the first appearance of Swamp Thing featuring a classic cover by Bernie Wrightson. Bought it for $365 as a 7.5 a while back but it looks more like a 7.0 to me. Pages are a cream to off-white. Price: $320 shipped in the U.S.

Second up is Fantastic Four #72 with a classic Silver Surfer cover that predates Silver Surfer #1. Graded by CGC as a 8.5 with off-white to white pages. Price: $150 shipped in the U.S.
