Noob Resto question

I have never had a book restored ever and never had a purple cgc too.

 

 

Im about to buy a book i wanted the seller replies this. Hr says there are no restoration on the book and just conservation. And goes on and posts this On his description of the book.

 

CONSERVATION: many sealed tears to edge/cover spine

 

Will this warrant as a resto? And will this be a purple label or still a blue?
