I'm thinking 6.0 to 6.5.

 

Crease on the bottom right corner

Small color breaks/ folds from aging on lower corner (spine)

Small tear lower staple

Shading on the back cover

I was thinking 8.0 or better until I got to the bottom. but the staple tear, the corner crease, the crease at the spine and the small chip all knock it down to 6.0 for me. The pages look nice though. At this grade I would give no further deduction for the back cover shadow.
