Just too much awesome going on with this cool cover!

Tough one with the oddly sheared right edge. It could well be just a dull blade, but almost looks like someone attempted to even it out with scissors. The bleed through hits the eye-appeal a bit, but generally wouldn't figure into the grade by most people's estimation. The small water stain at the bottom back shouldn't hurt too much on a midgrade book, but the cumulative effect of the flaws makes it seem less than FN.

 

I'm at 5.0 with possible trimming.

Awesome book... sort of wish I still had one.

 

Anyways, pretty much what rjpb stated although the apparent water stain / damage on the top BC might really bring it down a bunch despite the eye appeal.

 

And yes, that top right corner does look like it might've been trimmed.

 

As is, I'll say a 4.0 / with possibly the right edge trimmed.
