I've had my eye out for one of these for a while. Any thoughts on grade?

The staples are tight and the centerfold is securely attached. It does seem to be just a bit mis-cut. Chip out of top right corner. Back seems a bit tan in spots, though nothing seems even remotely brittle (no fear of holding book and flipping through the pages). Color breaking crease bottom right corner, and a soft bottom left corner (with 1/8" split).
