Always wondered why CAPTAIN TOOTSIE, an obvious reworking of CAPTAIN MARVEL

by the same artist and appearing in many comics including those published by DC and

FAWCETT was never caught up in the Law Suit between DC and FAWCETT.

I assume the makers of TOOTSIE ROLL must have made some sort of arrangement with

FAWCETT to use this character.

What no love for Marty's Capt. Tootsie Thread??? I found this in the box and thought it should be here. Got it in a collection years ago and it was just too weird to part with. Actually not really a bad book if you like the Fawcett stuff. I never have run into any more.
