I have a little 3 x 4 inch, 6 page "Puss in Boots" book with text and illustrations. English text but says printed in Bavaria. No other publisher info. Looks like a pamphlet or a mini comic book. Has any one see it before or have any info on it?

The image of the cover is an attachment. There is no copyright info or publisher info. Just a “PRINTED IN BAVARIA” at the end. There are 4 full page illustrations, and 4 pages of English text. The pages are off-white to cream color from age discoloration. Would it qualify as a comic book or as a pamphlet?
