First is Fantastic Four 1 a 3.5 to 4.0...was slabbed and graded by another younger company as a 4.0. It is in between a 3.5 and a 4.0. I hate to part ways but something more important came up. I am asking $3700 . Lower than GPA. And Hey its the one that started it all.

 

Fantastic Four #1 (1961) 3.5 to 4.0. Flat book, supple ow pages. Staples tight, very minor amount of Marvel chipping. No holes, two small tears b/c, one about 1/4 inch, (at top) one 1/2 inch on side) Small amount of writing in pencil on splash page at the bottom (not in any art).
