Tell me about Giant Size X-men mini variant

Sorry if this is the wrong forum since it's a fairly modern reprint, but can anyone tell me about this? Is it desireable at all? I have no interest in getting rid of it, but would like to know more about it. I can't find any info about printings, etc. I'm pretty sure it was a promotional item that came with one of the special edition x-men dvds.

Hmmm ok. My copy came with the collector's set of X3. I guess this was probably a pretty high print run & isn't worth much. Just a cool item.
