Seriously?

Could this be a reason for the over-saturation, and slow demise of the character, ala Lobo?

A single one-shot won't do it. Three monthly titles, in a time when there weren't enough high-quality comic writers around, is the more likely culprit. Really, there was a storyline in the flagship title where the Punisher has his race changed to go undercover.

I like the comic. I'd think it really helps if one is both an Archie fan as well as a fan of the capes & tights books. Someone who lost any appreciation for Archie by age ten probably won't enjoy this crossover.

i think it is a great premise.

this sort of fun cross-over isn't what made punisher jump the shark in the 90s, as stated, it was having 3 titles, a magazine spin-off for a minute and umpteen badjillion guest appearances in the regular marvel universe

Awesome!

I had my copy signed by Stan a few months before he passed, not a SS book, but still, its amazing to have, and there are not many out there at all. In my book,Stan Goldberg has always been underappreciated. The man worked on comics until the day he passed.
