I'd say 4.5, on the nose.

 

...and as far as the interior pages being in great shape, they very well should be.

 

The cover of this book is thick card stock so the interior pages are protected by paper almost as thick as a backing board......and IIRC, the interior pages were printed with Baxter paper, which ages better than the usual newsprint paper that most 80's comics were printed with.

 

In other words the book is not worth slabbing but you might catch a $100 for it via BIN, if the initial hype hasn't died down too much already.....which it almost certainly has, at leas considerably so.

Thanks for the grades, everyone! This was, clearly, a tough book for me to grade. I had it as a 3.0.

 

I'll take a 4.5 that presents badly.
