Water Staining

Most likely a dumb question, but I'll ask anyways. Is there any technique that will remove a water stain such as below that isn't deemed as restoration? This particular stain does not affect any of the interior pages, only the covers.

Not that I'm aware of. If memory serves, restoration specialists cant do too much with tide marks.

 

Maybe there's one on here that you could contact, as they could chime in with actual expertise. I'm just thinking I've heard that it's tough somewhere along the line.
