3.0, trying to compare it to my brother's 4.5 with the images i have. But the stains are a problem. possibly 3.5 like oak said

I see one water spot on the lower back cover near the spine. The rest is moderate foxing, not staining. 4.5-5.0

You know,when I try to estimate a grade. I ask myself " would I buy that book" as a 4.5\5.0?

Maybe it's because I've passed up so many copies of Captain Marvel Adventures with foxing that turned black.. something like this doesn't scare me.

3.5 No higher IMHO. If I received this book as a 5.0 I would return it the same day I received it.

I bet CGC would grade that copy higher than you'd expect. 5.0 wouldn't surprise me as the damage on the back appears to be foxing. The front presents very nicely even with the storage rubbing. No significant creases and a decent spine and still decent colors.
