I'd classify those guys as pencillers who ink and not inkers who pencil.

I'll go with these two.

 

Wood's a nice choice as well but I believe he became known penciling and inking his own stuff and co-penciling and co-inking with Harry Harrison, rather than inking other pencilers first (even though I recall he got his start assisting other artists first, like many do).

Tough to define some of these people as inkers who pencil. Tossing aside Wood, Williamson, Frazetta as guys who don't quite fit, I will go with Klaus Janson.
