Did O'Mealia not put his mark on every cover.

That's news to me. Supe 1 and Action 10 splash look all Shuster pencils to me

If I wasn't already paying something off I would have bid. I'm sure it will be on a dealers website very soon for $50k.

 

As far as the "conservation", it might be removable and get an unrestored 1.0.

I was thinking more a .5 given how much tear seals etc there is. The "nice" thing about voldamort is you barely can tell it's conserved and not universal.
