As many people say, always buy the book and not the grade. That being said, I had the book at 8.5. I did think that the small bottom right corner crease could have knocked it down to 8.0. But overall a very nice looking copy.

Congratulations on the book! I had one with very similar spine ticks, but without the small creases on the bottom right corner of the front cover or the discoloration on the back cover. After being worked on by Joeypost, mine came back at 9.0 as well. I had been hoping for an 8.5, so I was extremely pleased and somewhat surprised. Great work by Joeypost!

 

To me this copy could have been 8.0 or 8.5 (particularly due to the bottom right corner) and I would not have not have been surprised. Again, congrats to the OP!
