I would think at least 7.5. Nice copy, and the crease on the back is a production fault, so shouldn't really affect grade.

Touch call. Part of me wants to say 8.0 but the soiling on the back cover makes me want to bump it down to 7.5.

 

But the front looks great, and that's what matters.

Looks like an 8.0 to me.. I have several graded books I bought with a bottom right crease like that.
