The funny thing about his 13 feedback -- look up his bid history on watchcount.com -- it's all 99 cent listings for online coupon codes -- in other words, the guy spent 13 x $0.99 to "buy" 13 positive feedbacks, so that maybe he could seem a little more convincing in this scam and/or to try and get around some of eBay's restrictions they put on accounts with less than 10 feedback.

E-bay has gone done hill every year...the lowest of the low...a good idea would be the major auction houses going to daily auctions to pick up the slack....

Another seller with only one feedback in the last year auctioning off a Cap #1 CGC PLOD 3.5 with three binder holes filled and story affected. I remember Terry's Comics had this for $22k and was also in Terry's 2015 catalog.
