Question on my Sgt Fury 57

Ok, the color AND the gloss are unbelievable on this book. BUT look at the bottom left corner and a small problem at the top left. I would think it grades in the VF/NM range. The inks are incredible but tough to see because of the size scan it it. Opinions on grades please and thanks!

Solid 7.0, could even go 7.5 I feel-how is the back cover? If it's dirty or stained it could drop you to 6.5 or 6.0. Pages look to be tan.

I think it looks pretty sharp. Hard to really tell cause a lot of those real sharp books just feel and look so nice in person you know.

 

I would think it might slab a 7.5/8

Back cover is awesome. No dings, creases, folds or dirt. Its that darn corner that bothers me.

Keeping in mind that the large scan magnifies the problem - I'd say 8.0.

I thought lets see if the book was scanned at 100% would it change anything. I think its a good experiment.

I think it's an 8.0 or 8.5, especially if there are no thumb creases on the cover that aren't showing up in the scans and if the gloss is really nice.

Well yes, yes it is. But its really shiny!!!! Now I didn't say I was looking for a ton of money here did I? Just trying to help pay the bills, trying to move lowely mid grade books and feed the children.........
