Answer: Nobody.

 

Metropolis seems to have a strategy of pricing books at 2—3 times what they'd be worth to most people & waiting for someone to get desperate (or maybe drunk) & bite. They seem to succeed often enough with less expensive books, but I don't think anyone will bite this time. It's not even a very fresh looking book imho, despite the high grade.
