Looking for an Amazing Ghost Stories #14 (#1) in higher grade

Just thought I'd drop a line out there. Been looking for a nice high grade copy of this issue for a while. "Amazing Ghost Stories" #14 (which is also the #1 issue of this series). The series had three issues only 14-16. It has a Matt Baker cover with a bunch of Creature from the Black Lagoon type beings attacking a couple in a canoe. Here's a pic of one...

Any one have this issue for their personal collection? If so, wondering what grade you would have it in. I've been looking for a high grade copy of this for a LONG time.
