PGM Frankenstein #9 (1947)

Here is my copy of Frankenstein Comics #9, obvious problem is the stain (likely water) which is evident on the back cover and most interior pages. Book is otherwise higher grade. Not sure what kind of grade to hang on this one, any ideas?

That's a looker but due to the stain i feel it would be in the fine range.Love black covers myself because they are so hard to find in good condition (thumbs u
