Batman 1 New 52 PGM

I recently got a 9.8 graded and so don't really need this raw one any longer. I suspect I know what this will grade at though I would like some consensus on it.

I don't see any color breaking spine ticks but do see a few non color breaking

When I clicked on the scans, I see a couple spine ticks that slightly break color and a couple that don't and it has minor wear on the bottom 2 corners of the front cover. I'd say it's a Solid 9.4 with a shot at a 9.6
