This is in really rough shape, but the cover is still firmly attached at both staples.

I am in the process of regrading all of my books starting with the early issues and I have a few issues that are lower grade just like your Flash 112.

After looking at your book and looking at the pics I took of my books that are in the same lower grade condition I would grade yours as a...

Mostly due to the tattered spine and the pieces/chunks missing from the front and rear cover.

Now I do have to say that I am being very conservative grading my books so some may see your book as a FR/GD 1.5, when you look at the grading standards there is not really much difference and your cover is still attached, so...
