Here's an oddball hybrid.

 

The book is the original US edition of Mickey Mouse Magazine #4, imported to Oz - but with a twist.

 

When it got here, another (Australian) advertisement was "tipped in" or pasted over the original inside back cover.

 

To this day I have no idea what sits behind that PMU ad . . .
